travelled with my friend, spent 3 nights here and had a really nice stay. really helpful and very helpful people were working here. they offered me brand-new and spotless rooms with tea, private bathroom, coffe. location: the hotel was close enough to tam tam cafe for a coffee/tea and a pastry, and the train station. went to lo svevo for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the venue.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby in the city center and within walking distance of the train station. It is also conveniently situated in the old part of the city, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with fresh towels and water provided daily. Additionally, the friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even offering complimentary amenities such as a bottle of wine.
Communication with the staff/owners can be challenging as very few of them speak English fluently. This language barrier can lead to misunderstandings and potentially make guests feel unsafe in certain situations.

The apartment was jaw-droppingly clean and in an amazing central location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with slippers for the cold floors. The daily cleaning service was a bonus. The comfortable bed ensured a peaceful sleep. The Italian breakfast at a nearby cafe was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Le Travi in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, just inside the old town and within walking distance of shops and cafes in the new town. the apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, bright, and modern. It was spotlessly clean, with a cleaner coming in every day to service it. the owner was very helpful and accommodating, even though he didn't speak much English. Communication was easy through text messages and Google translate. We enjoyed a delicious coffee and croissant breakfast at a local cafe, which was a great way to start our days. it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful for the host's hospitality.
Nothing negative to say 😊.

Loved staying in a real Italian neighborhood, with washing hanging from windows. The owner's employee was super friendly and helped us find parking. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and brand new. Great central location.
No breakfast, but who needs it when you can have a muffin and coffee? Sooo satisfying.
